G3 PB Start up???

Ok i have a G3 powerbook notebook. I just put OS X 10.3 on it so it all starts up fine. Then i start to update some things. I update Quicktime then it tell me to restart it so i did. Then when it starts to boot up it gets to the screen where its a blue backround with a white box and starts to load stuff. it gets to This "Waiting For Printing Services" it get to like 95% done and just stop. I dont know whats wrong.

Any Help.

Try to boot from Mac OS X Install CD, and launch disk utility from the installer to repair the disk and the permissions.
