Apple Repair Status question

I dropped off my powerbook at the apple store for repairs and they told me I could check my repair status online. When I go to check it, the website ask for either a dispatch number or a case number. I have tried entering my repair number in either one of those fields and it doesnt seem to work.

Has anyone had any experience with this?

Ive had the same problem a few times also. I found it worked when I entered the repair despatch number and the serial number for my powerbook though. Have you tried that?
