electric charge from ibook trackpad not good??????

when i place my index finger on the trackpad and my thumb on the screen release button i can feel a slight charge. i dont know if this is normal or not. can anyone help me out?

Is your palm resting on any part of the laptop too?

yes it probally was,
I have not expirenced the problem recently because ive been using an external mouse.
but when it did happen it was random.

I remember feeling a slight electrical charge feeling when I put my teeth on the screen release button (don't ask). This was about 2 years ago, however.

ya i know what u mean,
i just put my tung on the screen release button and i could feel a slight charge.
Do u think this is normal?
