I have one question about the new PowerBooks:

Does the new DDR2 RAM actually improve performance or is it just helping with the battery consumption? I have seen that its bus speed is lowered to match the CPU (333mhz instead of 533mhz), so does that eliminate the performance boost of having DDR2? Thanks.

Technically that's two questions.

Just Saves Power, and Yes, respectively.

It will lower the price and power consumption, but will probably have no effect on performance.
