What do you think is a good asking price of my powerbook 667 titanium. I am trying to upgrade to a better model.

It is basically the same specs as one from a store but it has 44.7 GB harddrive and over a gig of ram.

Also I have licensed Full versions of all the ADOBE CS software and licensed full versions of word, excel etc.

I was thinking around 900?

that sounds like a good price. you might be able to get more than that though considering the software installed.
everymac.com has it listed at $850-1000

$700-800 for the PowerBook... Won't you need Photoshop/Office with your new Mac?
