HI,

I have a PowerBook g4, 1.5 Ghz, 768 megs RAM.

But, I also have a PROBLEM. I use Airport and WIFI for the web, but once in a while, perticurley while fighting bosses in an online game , the game just freezes, and I click the referesh button, and the browser only loads a quarter of the page, and then it does this for all web pages, and for iChat AV too Sometimes if i wait for like, 10 minutes, it begins to work normally for another 30 minutes, but otherwise, I have to reboot and it also workes for a good 30 minutes until this happens again.

Why does this happen? Is there a way to fix it? And if there is only tell me if it's free.

Thanks, Kashmir

Start isolating the problem - switch from a wireless to a wired connection - swap routers - move closer to the router, etc.

Then you'll start figuring things out. It's possible that it is the connection or another link in the chain rather than the computer itself.

See if installing "unlockupd" (google it) helps.

For online games don`t use wireless. I don`t care if its a Mac or PC, wired is a better option.

The impact isn't that great, since the latency of most internet connections exceeds the latency of wireless.
And even if it is sub-optimal, wireless should still work!
