When you send a PB in for repairs, do they normally send you a tracking number when they ship your PB back?
I have been watching the status progress through the day, and got an email around 9:45pm that it is done and shipped from the depot. But there isn no tracking number or any way to get one (that I can see).
I know someone has experience sending their PB's to Houston...any one know if they provide a tracking #? They also said that I should allow 2 business days to get it back. I assume that means that I won't see it until Wednesday, right? Can they ship something next day that late at night? (I am in the eastern time zone)...
I am anxious to see if they fixed everything I asked them to.
