I can't get the .AVI files that I shot with my digital camera to play on my ibook G4. They used to work but ever since I put a new HD in they don't. I have the latest version of Quick Time. The videos were shot on a Casio Exilm z750.

I have the EXACT same camera and the same exact problem! I have Quick Time Pro running Tiger 10.4.3 ..

Use VLC player - it will play almost any format

very easy to install
