Hiya,

I'm not sure if I'm imagining this, but I'll throw it out there to see if anyone else is experiencing the same thing...

I have a new 15" DL PB, and I notice that when I enter the password upon waking from sleep, the system doesn't recognize (catch) the first keystroke. I then have to retype it, which then works as expected.

Since it *is* on a new keyboard (coming from a TiBook), I suppose it could be the case that I'm not hitting the first letter correctly, BUT I don't get the same behavior when authenticating from a screen saver "wake".

I'm haven't yet tested to see if I only wait an extra second or two, if the system becomes ready to accept all keystrokes...

The same thing has been happening to me. I started to notice it after the 10.4.3 update.
