I have one key which feels hard when pressing and thus taking time to respond when using it. I am planning to visit the genius bar and let them fix it. Can this be done there? Mine is still in warranty.

Most likely they can fix it for you there. If the key itself is broken and they don't have spares lying around, it could take a few days though.
