How do you check what speed Hard -drive

How do you check what speed Hard -drive you have and the number of sticks of Ram you have in your powerbook without opening up the system. System Profiler doesn't seem to indicate the speed of my laptop.

For the hard dive just google the model number. It's listed under hardware within the ATA selection. Under the memory section should be a listing of DIMM slots with their corresponding status. If there's not a ram stick the status should say "none" I believe. Im going from memory though, so the terminology may be a little different.
