I work at computer shop that does sales and repair, we recently got a 12inch powerbook that needed a new hard drive but the idiot who worked on it tried to open it and ended up prying it open and bent the bottom and keyboard "shell" they ended up having to buy the guy a new one but ended up getting a ibook thinking it had the same specs. which it did except the screen so then they ended up just giving 1300 to him. so anyway i am interested in getting the powerbook but i am just wondering where to get a replacement looked on ebay no luck. where would i be able to get the replacement parts and how much would it cost.

The iBooks have the same screen res as the 12" PowerBook; what do you mean the specs were the same except for the screen?

PBfixit has spare parts for Apple laptops.
