Well I am sure just as many have I DLed and tried WMP for Mac. Horrible is the only word that comes to mind. I drug it to my trash and when I try emptying my trash it will not allow me to because it says that all these "files," or what have you, are locked and will not allow me to continue. I then have to sit there and press continue literelly hundreds of times to "continue" otherwise. Do anyone know how to get rid of WMP once and for all?
PLEASE ANY HELP I HATE SEEING MY TRASH NOT CLEAN!!!

First of all, this is not a Powerbook specific question. It should be in a software forum. Second, I think you "dragged" it to the trash. I don't know how to "drug" anything anywhere.

As for the solution, do a get info on WMP and see if the application is locked. If you unlock it and still have the problem, just try rebooting your machine. You may still be running it or the system may still be using something in it. Rebooting while it is in the trash should fix this. If you still can't delete, check out Versiontracker for a tool that might help.

from a terminal: rm -fr ~/.Trash/* should do the trick.
