I am not sure if this belongs here....I just bought a new Powerbook 15". I installed CS2 and everytime I want to launch PS and/or Bridge, it unexpectedly quits upon start up. So I have to retry and then it works. Why is this happening? I haven't had time to mess up anything on this new computer yet so I don't understand why I am having trouble with this.
It happens EVERY time I want to launch PSCS2/Bridge.
Any ideas and help is appreciated!

Uninstall Photoshop and remove any preference files from the Preferences folder in your Library folder. Then reinstall Photoshop. This is a typical procedure for any app that behaves like this.

Thanks, Steve. Unfortunately I am about 8,000 miles from my CS2 Cds for another month. Interestingly, though, today I opened Bridge first and PS second and it worked fine.
