I'm about to buy some new RAM from Crucial for my PowerBook.. I'm looking at adding another 1 GB, but I need to know the differences between these two...

DDR2 PC2-4200 • CL=4 • UNBUFFERED • NON-ECC • DDR2-533 • 1.8V • 128Meg x 64
and
DDR2 PC2-5300 • CL=5 • UNBUFFERED • NON-ECC • DDR2-667 • 1.8V • 128Meg x 64

Does it make that much of a difference? The prices are $118.99 and $130.99, respectively. Is one not compatible with my brand new 15-inch PBook, or is it simply a performance issue?
