Hi,

I have a Ti800, and have recently started having a problem where firewire devices plugged into the internal port do not register on the computer (although they will charge through the port). This includes external drives as well as my ipod. Any thoughts on why this could be happening? I read somewhere that resetting PRAM might help (I have no idea what that actually does), which I did try, but that did not do anything.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks!
