I'm having trouble with my brother's new high res powerbook. He received it recently and our wireless network was working fine, up until a few days ago when he said that he wasnt able to go online. The thing is, he gets a signal from our router but cannot connect online! I had this issue before with my school's on campus wireless connection, but solved it by registering my MAC address with the school. Our home router on the other hand, was not setup to do this. I have reset the router and made sure that there was no password and also checked to make sure that all devices could be accepted by the wireless router. Does anyone have a clue as to what is going on?

Recap:
1. Wireless internet was working fine with the high res pb up until 2 days ago.
2. The high res pb gets full reception with airport, but cannot connect online.
3. I come back from college for the 3 day weekend, and have no problems with Airport. I get full connection and am able to go online.
4. I reset the router and made sure that the router would accept all devices.

Any clues?! This is frustrating. I'm not sure whether it has to do with the 2 powerbooks itself or our router, but this is very strange! By the way, both of our powerbooks' MAC addresses appear on the router's website.
