So I open up my PB today and I see a bright white spot on the bottom center of my screen, it's so distracting. here's a pic. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v5...d/IMG_1380.jpg

After taking the picture it seems to be getting smaller. Should I take it to the Apple store, or just try to ignore it. I have applecare so it should be covered right?

yeah, I thought about that, but this wasn't when I got the system, it's about 9 months old, so I was just wonderin'

Looks like something hit the LCD from behind and damaged it.
That's one of the downsides of that oh-so-thin aluminum lid.

Well it's really weird, it sort of just dwindled away. So I guess forget it.

That's good to hear.. although it if comes up again, I would take the book in straight away to get looked at.

Stuff like this has been happening recently it's really weird. It appears on the screen but by the end of the day has dissappeared. The top of the Pbook is dented so Im afraid if something appears like this then they'll blame it on the dents even though there's no problem right now.
