hi, help!! a drop of a soapy thing i was using to clean my ibook G4 fell on the trackpad. seems to be working ok, but I'm afraid it might do some damage to the system. does anyone know if the trackpad is like a closed box or if that soapy thing could find its way to the rest of the system?
thanks guys!

It should be fine. The trackpad is pretty much as sealed as anything on the iBook.

If you're really scared, wipe it down with a moist (NOT WET) soft towel and let it dry out for a while. Definitely don't turn it on while it's wet.

In all reality, though, you should be fine. Assuming, of course, that by drop you mean drop, and not "half gallon."
