Hi all, got a quick problem i need some opinions on. I just got a powerbook 17" 1 Ghz used from someone and there is a problem with it. First it is a RevA laptop and he said he rarely if ever used the powerbook without the plug in adapter so the battery shouldnt be that used up. Well now it only holds a charge for 20-30 minutes. Even with a full charge! I cant believe this is normal but alas he says that a battery with that much life used on it (even though he never used the battery) that this is normal, my question to yall is this true? Please let me know, thanks!

run the app coconut battery and it should tell you how many cycles the battery has run. I think it needs panther at least.

age of your mac: 36 months
max battery charge: 4054 mAh

so question now, should these numbers give more than 20-30 minutes of a charge?
