The info page does not specifically say this but just wondering, is there a storage place for the remote onboard the macbook or do you have to carry it everywhere??

Cannot find information from the Apple site. I am also curious about how this remote operates, especially if it can control Keynote. Does it use Wifi or IR or BT? Has to have line of sight? Please enlighten me please.

It can work with Keynote (based on what was said at MacWorld)

It is IR, and must be pointed at the IR sensor on the front of the MacBook to work.

And no, there is no storage compartment for it. I'm surprised they didn't put a filler in the ExpressCard slot to put it there.
