Has anybody Remote Desktoped to a Windows XP Pro or Server 2003 from their Macbook Pro? I have a pretty powerful XP Desktop and I just ordered a Macbook 2 Ghz, 2 GB RAM. I was going to Remote Desktop to my XP box over a wireless g connection. Any idea how good this setup will perform?

It works on my MBP without any problems. It's obviously running under Rosetta, but I can't tell that there's any slow down.
As for performance, if you're on a local network you should be able to run at high resolution with "millions of colors" without any problems. I connect to several servers over VPN and comfortably run with "thousands of colors."

I have an HDTV tuner on my PC. Do you think that I will be able to watch HDTV on my Macbook through RDC?

I think that's pretty much impossible to do. I recommend that you use VLC to stream the video to your Mac, thereby bypassing RDC altogether. By the way, you might find better answers in the audio/video section.
