This morning I went to pick up my G3 iBook, and happened to grab it (open) at the bottom left corner near the trackpad.

The entire screen looked like there were horizontal lines going down it, like scanlines, then it went black. I had to hold down the power button and reboot.

What is at the bottom left corner? Is it the hard drive? When I booted up everything was fine, so I guess I didn't do any lasting damage, but I'd like to avoid that if possible.

Thats also where the 'fix' is for G3 iBooks is when the video chip comes loose.
