Hi everyone,

I was just finishing replacing the reed switch/inverter cable on my iBook G3 600MHz and as I was lifting up the trackpad connector "bar" to put the trackpad ribbon in, it came off in my hand . As you can imagine, I'm a bit annoyed at this. I was just wondering if anyone had any experience in soldering such components back onto the logic board, do you think it's possible? Here's hoping...

Paul.
