iBook's Portable Power Adapter doesnt charge

Nothing wrong with the laptops as I was able to charge using a newer charger and there appears to be power coming from the plug to the power adapter. I just dont see the LED lit up to orange or green when I plug the power adapter to the iBook & I cant wake my iBook from sleep.

Anyone know how to fix the power adapter? I'd return it to Apple but it is more than 3 years old.

It sounds like it's just worn out. There's not much you can do to fix a power adapter, but you could try resetting the PMU and such.

Oh I cant jut replace a fuse and such?
