Hmm . . . original post does not seem to be here, so I'll post the issue I'm having.

I seem to be having problems importing about 25% of my audio CD's into iTunes (6.0.4) on my new MBP (1.83GHz/1GB of RAM). It gets a few songs into the CD and then hangs about 25% of the time on first, second or third attempt.

I havr to do a Force Quit of iTunes, eject the CD, wipe it down again and try importing again. Sometimes I get luck and the CD goes through. The audi CD's are originals and do not have any major scratches.

Any ideas???

Could be a problem with the drive.

I thought of the same thing. Any other possibilities? is anyone else experiencing the same type of behavior from heir new MBP?
