[mad cow disease]

I have a friend with a 12" 1.33 GHz iBook - looking at plunking another half gig into it, but I recall hearing that a prior generation of the 15" PBs were fussy with memory. I haven't had any trouble dropping memory into my 15", but does the iBook have similar "issues?"

I'm looking at the Corsair Valueselect Chip - model VS512SDS333 - no problems with Corsair with my experience on the PC side...how about the lighter side?

Any advice appreciated.

I don't think you would have a problem with Corsair ram. If it was run of the mill RAM that specified the types of motherboard chipsets it was compatible with, then that's another story...

I have OWC ram and it's a-okay.
