Hi,

I have a dilemma and was hoping to be able to get some advice:

I currently have two xomputers and I must sell one due to financial issues -- I can only have one:

Here are the two systems:

iMac G5 1.8 (1st Gen.)
1.25 GB RAM
80 GB HD

and

Powerbook G4 1 Ghz (Aluminum)
Airport Extreme and Bluetooth
Backlit Keyboard
1.5 GB RAM

I like both tof the systems but I can only keep one -- I don't do much heavy lifting (except HD movie trailers -- which I can live without)

Which do you think I should keep?
iMac Core 2 Duo 20" 2.16 Ghz //1.5 GB RAM // 250 GB HD
Powerbook G4 1.25 Ghz // 1 GB RAM // 80 GB HD // Backlit Keyboard
iPod Video 30 GB / White

I'd keep the iMac. I have an iBook (1.2 ghz), and I would not be satisfied with that as my main computer, due to the speed of it. For this reason, I also have an iMac CD.

Keep the iMac, sell the powerbook, unless you need to be portable... of course.

For what ever reasons the G4 PB's are holding there own with price. I have one listed on eBay which is a Ti 867, 768 ram, Airport and it is currently going at near $900. I will not be surprised if it does not go for $1000. That G-5 you have which is much like my desktop 1.6 early G5 want bring anywhere near as much as your laptop. The stores are running out of the G4 15" model and actually driving the price up.
