I turned off my mbp, but the light is still on when the lid is closed. Now i can't even turn it on... does anyone know how i would get it back on?
Macbook Pro: 1.83Ghz, 120GB HD, 1GB ram

removed battery now working. Hope that was the right thing

You should be fine, I had that happen to me several times with my 17" PB.
 Macbook Pro 17" / 2.5GHZ Intel Core 2 Duo / 4GB Ram / 350GB

It happened again... is this normal for when you shut down, the sleep ligth stays on and you can her the fan is it just cooling down before switching off or is there a major problem?
