Forgive me for being giddy. I have a long but limited history with these things. My first was a 540c. It died after a long life but I soon got a new job and they let me buy a really nice Wallstreet. It was a workhorse for five years before it died. That was two years ago. I've been sharing my wife's Yikes! since then.

So as you might imagine, I'm pretty excited. It gets here tomorrow.

So if any of you iBook owners are in the mood to give me any hints or tips or knowledge and stuff, I would be most thankful. It's a refurbished 1.33ghz 12.1" with the standard stuff except it will have a gig of ram.

It oughta be a bat outta hell compared to the Yikes. My only tip is to ship it to me, my Lombard is aging.

I have the same system... my only bit of advice is to buy a bag. I had it in my regular bag and it is now all scratched up and I'm not sure how/if I can get them out.

Besides those little things, the system is amazing.

It's a solid system, I've had mine since they came out... it's been in 4 different countries and has handled the bumps and bruises of a daily metro ride.

i have one (12" 1.33Ghz). great little machine, goes everywhere with me. i think you'll be pretty happy with it. one tip i can give you is to not leave the cord out around your dog. my faggy little dog chewed through the cord and i had to buy another

how much did you pay, out of curiosity?
