Excellent service on my Macbook, go Apple!

I took my MBP in Sunday to the Apple store, it had the whine a bit, flickering screen and got very hot when charging, worst was the fan on the right side that would wind-up and stop, then do it again and again and so on.

The genius said the whine is in spec, but I was in more for the fan, he told me to take it back to where I bought it "Fry's" and talk to them. Of course they are Mac idiots and told me to go to Apple, I whet back in today and got it swaped for a new one (which seems to be perfect!), he also mentioned that "This one has a serial number that is cool so it should be good" So they must know some are fubar.

I know not all geniuses do swaps so I am really happy with the service and this is one of the many reasons I buy Apple. Go Apple!
