Do you have any idea how you could of damaged the charger? It sounds like something inside the ibook itself, not the charger. Check to see if the charger is dented or anything like that. If it is, then go buy a new charger. If not, your ibook should still be under warrenty, so go to the apple store or mail in your ibook, and have them look at it. If they find something wrong they will either repair or replace your ibook.
