OK i was wondering has a similar topic like this been posted... i looks i didnt find anything. Anyway I was wondering if there has been any benchmark made between the x1600 128 and the 256 on the MBPs.


Im only getting a MBP for the purpose of windows gaming, FCP and Avid video editing and intermediate use of After Effects.Is it ok if I settle for the 128mb or must i go for the 256?

the difference between 256 and 128 is hardly noticeable when not spanning on to a second display. id still go with the 256, seeing how gaming is one of your main concerns with this machine. barefeats.com probably has the benchmark youre looking for, but im too lazy to check it out right now.
