I just purchased a new Ibook. I am loving it. However, I hate the butterfly that is by my name when I log in. How do I change the picture?

Also, did I make a good decision in getting the Ibook G4, when there are rumors of a Macbook G5 in the works?

Open System Preferences, go to accounts, choose your account, go to picture and select a new picture or select your own.

And PS, the MacBook is not going to have a G5 in it. Instead, it will be running an Intel Core (either Duo or Solo, no one knows which). It all depends on how much of a power user you are. What will you be primarily using this notebook for?

The G4 iBook sounds great for you then, no real sense in upgrading and spending more money!

Hope you're happy with it!
