That's from a What Would Steve Jobs Do? Photoshop contest. Nice try though (I'd buy one in a heartbeat).

EDIT: interesting...your link says one thing and links to another thing...

No, not leaked.

Note the caption at the bottom of the page. Nice job, though.

Nope, looks like a photochopped MacBook Pro to me.

Btw, don't you think 3/4 inch is quite a stretch ? The MacBook Pros are 1 inch, so why would a even smaller footprint laptop be thinner ?

haha

As much as I know this is a fake picture of it, I secretly hope they look very close to the photoshoppd version. I also hope they're out by the end of the month, because I've got cash in hand for these puppies.

Seriously tookie, get a sense of humor. Franz was obviously messing with us. Maybe he pushed it a little too much, but there was nothing malicious or ill-intentioned in his posts.

And actually the members of this board took care of it by themselves in a fairly efficient manner. Of course there was absolutely no need for a mod to come over and display his 'power' by altering a post already dealt with. And suddenly you see that picture of the lady up there in a whole different context.

Looks a little funny-- And I'd rather have a trackpad than a touch screen for the cost factor, but I'd love to have something that small, for a reasonable price.

My completely uninformed prediction will be that it'll look simply like a widescreen version of an iBook, with an iSight lens up top. And no latches - magnetic clamshell lid like rumored. Likely within millimeters of its current thickness and made from same material.

Probably looking at Intel integrated graphics like the Mac mini, though I'd prefer discrete graphics like a 64MB ATI X300 or something like that. And at least VGA video out w/ spanning, please!

Sounds completely feasible...but hope for discreet graphics as well. Gosh, I am sure having heartache over buying this MB or the MBP...I have never bought down. The MB purchase drivers are size, style, fit & finish. AAAAAAGH

If they go too crazy between discrete graphics and making it superduperthin, in addition to iSight, they will have troubles keeping the current price point. That being said, I thik the price will be about what the 14" costs today.
