I've come into a Pismo Powerbook for free (gift from a relative), but without a carrying bag or sleeve. Will the Pismo fit nicely into laptop bags designed for the 15" Aluminum Powerbooks or do I need to search eBay for one?

The 15" powerbooks are wider and thinner than the Pismo, so I would think that they would not be a good choice. The Pismo should fit into just about any standard 15" laptop bag, though.

Seriously, just grab the Pismo and go to Best Buy or CompUSA. They sell tons of bags for squarer laptops.

Okay. These days, I thought that all new 15" laptops were widescreen.

Hardly. Most budget PC laptops use 15" 4:3 screens.

It will fit in bags and sleeves made for the 14 inch iBook.
Some dealers still have Pismo sleeves. For example Higoto

In germany at www.digitalnoma.de. In the US distributed by marware (I guess) or Higoto.

Hmm, I'm thinking that a sleeve would better suit my needs.
