hey guys... i own a powerbook that i purchased in December of 2004... it is slowing down and the space decreases without me doing anything... for example... today i deleted a lot of crap on my cpu... the space increased from 22 GBs to 32 GBs... now without me doing something it went down to 31 GBs... not bad but why should it go down without me doing something... PLZ dont flame me... its also very slow... and i have my cpu specs to show u guys so maybe u can tell me what to do to increase performance speeds...

You have only 256 MB of RAM. With such little memory, your computer uses more virtual memory which translates into more hard drive space used and slower access because the hard drive is slower than main memory. You don't say which version of the OS you are using, but you should have at least 512 MB if not 1 GB or 1.5 GB for the best performance.

I second ibook_steve's recommendation, definitely get more RAM.
also, this app tells you which app/folder/etc is using how much HDD space.
