If I take my PB in for this logic board issue I apparently have, should I take the non-Samsung RAM modules out?

You can leave it in, but taking out the RAM doesn't hurt either (just lessens the chances of a tech saying its bad RAM). I've left my third party RAM installed when I sent my iBook and PowerBook in for AppleCare, but the problems I sent them in for were display related.

No, it doesn't void your warranty. You can leave it in if you want.
