In attempting to clean out my keyboard, as i was popping it out i seemed to have slipped and popped off the (= +) key. not only did i pop the actual key tile off, but the lil plastic pieces that hold it. i got the plastic pieces back on after long tetious hours, and they key to an extent. the key is on and works, but its slants down, and isnt set level. and isnt pushy like the other keys, just stiff. is it possible for me to fix this from how it is? or mayb the technitions? or is it going to b lopsided forever?? =o\

If you broke the scissors (the white plastic hinged pieces below the key), then yes, it will be lopsided forever. With the key off, there should be tiny "nubs" on the scissors that snap into each key. If those broke off, you're screwed.
