Am trying to swap out a hard drive on a 12" G4 Powerbook aluminum and I have the two set screws out and trying to lift it up. Seems like it is stuck at a point under the "R" or "F" key. Online instructions all say to firmly lift, but I've bent the keyboard a bit trying.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

What are "set screws?" To remove the keyboard, you have to remove the center screw behind the memory cover on the bottom and the two screws each hidden behind stickers under the F1/F2 and F11/F12 keys. Just pop those keys off and lift off the stickers to get to them.

Thanks! worked perfectly. The set screws I referred to were the two under the stickers.

Thanks
