The magsafe connectors for the macbook and macbook pro have different W ratings. Do these connectors have a different size or shape to prevent plugging an incorrect charger into one's macbook (pro)?
If the plugs are the same size what would happen with the two possible mishaps that could occur? 60W in the pro and 85W in the macbook? Anything dangerous? Just looking for feedback on this. Thanks!
Nothing dangerous. According to Apple, they can be swapped. The only difference is that using the 60W on the Pro model might not allow it to charge in addition to run... Can't remember where I read this though...

OTOH will the MBP charger charge a MB faster? Or in other words, will the MB battery draw more power if it's made available by the 85W charger or is the battery's power draw a constant?
