hi

I have a 366mhz ibook inidigo with firewire - and a cd-rom drive

I want to get hold of a dvd drive from another clamshell ibook ( as some came with dvd drives)

but will my ibook accept the dvd-drive?

is the motherboard prepared for it?

No problem. You may use an original dvd drive from a 466MHZ clamshell or
try other dvd drives (you have to solve the problem with the platic bezel)
