wow, i just installed this optimised version of firefox for mac/intel. subjectively, it feels WAY faster than regular firefox and a million times faster than safari.

try it out:

I tried this today and Safari still bests Firefox on my machine. Sucks because I really like Firefox.

And I have a feeling this is moving to the Applications forum very shortly...

Not for any kind of web development. And for just browsing, I'd rather use either Safari or Omniweb.
