I have no idea how a piece of hair got into my display, but its there! I purchased the extended Applecare for my Mac, but I'm not even sure if this is covered. I'd prefer NOT to take apart my display, so do you think an Apple store would remove this piece of hair for me?

BTW, I have a gig of Kingston RAM in my Powerbook. Should I remove it before taking it in for service?

1. That's gross.

2. Don't worry about the RAM. I don't think they can blame the hair on 3rd party RAM.

It's not THAT gross .

I forgot to ask, there shouldn't be any problems with that hair in there for the time being right? The soonest I could drop my powerbook off at an Apple store would be on Friday or so. I'd rather drop it off for a bit, and pick it up right away. I don't think I could function without my Mac
