Hey,

So whenever I look at the apple logo on the notebook's lid, I see swirls as if its beenm pressed in. Is that normal?

I don't see any swirls in the logo on my MBP, just a solid white glowing apple. Sorry to bring up an old subject, but I had followed your previous thread where you were trying to get your PB repaired or replaced--I guess since your'e writing about a MBP you were successful. Or do I have the wrong "Screech"?

Are these animated swirls or static? What constitutes a "swirl"?

I wish I could get a picture of it, but when the lid is bent over, I see swirls inside the Apple logo, most noticeably when its off. Could it just be a light effect?

does this mean you finally got your upgraded machine? how did happen?

Macbook Pro: 17in, 2.16Ghz, 120GB HD, 1.5 GB ram.
