I sent my MacBook in for service and they were very clear on me backing up my data. Will I probably get the same computer back with the screen fixed or is there a chance I will get a different laptop. I wouldn't mind getting a different one because the palm rests on mine are pretty dirty but I also dont want to have to go through the trouble of reloading everything onto a new computer.
Also, about how long should the computer be in service? It was received on June 23rd. What is being fixed is the backlight for the screen.
