Edit: Fixed, nevermind. Completely unplugged the monitor and that fixed it. Macs make my 2005fpw goofy

I have a Dell 2005fpw monitor that I use with the Mini-DVI to DVI adapter with my MacBook. It's been working great...until today. For some reason the monitor isn't lighting up. When I play with the buttons, an OSD says it's in Power Save mode and to press any key or move the mouse to get out. I do that and the status lights go back to orange (standy) instead of green (on). The MacBook recognizes it when I put it in, but nothing is coming up on the screen. I have tested the monitor and it is working fine. The connection is fine. I've tried both extended desktop and mirror mode and neither works. I have all the latest OS updates. Any ideas?
