my dads ibook g4 keeps dropping the airport wireless signal hes already called the apple people who helped him but it keeps on doing this. He bought the ibook on amazon. how long does he have before he cant take it in for a replacement or repair?how long is like the warranty?

Have you looked into the router or checked to make sure there isnt something causing interference?

For example, if you have a 2.4ghz cordless telephone near the router that couldcause problems

The warranty is supposed to be for a year, and I think that counts for Amazon purchases too.
