ADC discount on MBP refurbs...

No.. it is not possible. You have to buy new machines. I've called ADC in Houston and they said no.

Hmm ok lets see...

1999 MBP, 20% is 400, that would make it 1599, plus the 99 for ADC, making it ~1700

Refurb is also ~1700

Now the question is, is it worth going through the trouble for ADC just so I can get a new rather than refurbed MBP? Hmmm...

I've heard a lot of good things about apple's refurb program.

Any comments?

the refurbish machines r expensive... usually the same price as student discount price

the refurb MBP is about $100 cheaper than the same MBP with student discount.

With the ADC discount, am I still eligible to get the free nano...hmmm. Need to check that out.
