Dear all,

I seldom shut down my computer. What started to happen recently is a bit wierd. When I unplugged my MBP from the power supply, after a while it would automatically shutdown for no apparent reason. What can I do to fix this problem?

Couple of months back, I had a similar issue. Turned out to be the battery. After a few annoying calls got a new battery and that fixed the problem.

It must be the battery. It happened to me before and I found out it was my 1st generation (Got it early march) MBP battery.
